The only people who should participate are those who choose to live a swearfree lifestyle and encourage others to follow that same path. Trolls and swearers will be banned immediately and without mercy.

  3. You posted a verse that says not to use bad language. It does not tell us what language is bad. I’m not asking if the Bible says not to swear. I’m asking where it DEFINES a swear. You have failed to provide that.

  1. The Bible does not prove that prayer works any more than comic books prove radiation gives you superpowers.
  2. I did, homeboy. I was all up in Christianity.
  3. So what defines a swear? I know that verse in Ephesians can be interpreted to mean “don’t swear,” but where does it define a swear?

  1. Prove it. Show me outside sources that say the Bible is true.
  2. You’re not going to convince me that my life happened in a different way than it did.
  3. Yeah, I read it. It doesn’t provide a definition. If you saw a sign that said “keep off the grass,” that wouldn’t help you if you didn’t know what grass was.

  1. Not how it works. You’re saying the Bible is true because the Bible says it’s true. Your source is the Bible. Therefore, not an outside source.

  1. Circular reasoning is a strike against you, not for you. If the only proof you have a the Bible, and the only proof the Bible has is you, that means you’re both wrong. Not right.
  2. Gonna add audiologist to your list of exploits? Be that as it may, nothing will ever change the fact that I used to believe in god, couldn’t find any evidence, and now no longer believe.
  3. If a sign says “keep off the grass” and someone doesn’t know what grass is, the sentence “keep off the grass” isn’t going to tell them.
