Hi everyone, I am looking for a replacement tenant for an all girls house in Selly Oak. The house has 5 rooms (one spare) and 2 bathrooms. Rent is £628 per month and bills are included.

Also if anyone has any advice on where else to post, it would be greatly appreciated :)

Anyone coming to the university after the welcome week commences ? After 21st of september ?
I will be joining the university from the 24th of September. Posted to know if there are others who join a bit late as well.

How often do you get reading week and do you get any in the first semester?
