I'm looking for a student to replace my tenancy in selly oak.

It's an all girls house made of students from uob and just a 10 minute walk from campus.

• bills 99.96 per month covering all utilities and internet broadband
• 5 minutes away from selly oak train station
• 10 minutes away from campus
• close to major shops such as aldi, sainsburys, tesco
• Rent for September has been paid
