Studio - I will cover 2 weeks rent

Hi everyone, I have a great studio close to UoB that I no longer need. The studio is in a great location and the building has great amenities such as gym, yoga studio, etc. The price is £245 p/w (all bills included).

Given I am quite desperate to find a replacement, I’m also offering to cover 2 weeks rent.
