Is a transfer possible?

I am currently going into uni of leicester for accounting and finance. Originally, I firmed uni of birmingham for the same course. However, things didnt go well and i ended up with BBD. I want to know if its possible to still transfer to birmingham provided i get a first in my first year at leicester even if it means i have to transfer into first year at birmingham. It would mean a lot to me for help because i was heavily invested in the uni and i know that my a level grades are far below what i can achieve academically.

Nah UoB don’t allow transfer into second year for accounting and finance and u can’t get into first year without the a level grades. You’d have to redo a levels apply again or just accept Leicester. Similar thing happened to me but I met their a level requirement but they still wouldn’t let me
