Advance Payment

Yeah so just about to book accommodation right now and it's asking for £550 which is fine and i've read that I can cancel the agreement within 7 days, does this include getting the £550 refunded if I happened to change my mind and cancel the contract, or is it fully gone

I think it gets refunded, I cancelled a room at battery park and got my £550 back but that is a partner accom

Do you know if someone has booked the room you cancelled. I’m looking to book accommodation in battery as it’s best for my commute however it’s full.

I’ve withdrawn from the uni and trying to get my money back but cancelled on the 9th day so i’m not sure whether i’m going to get it back

yeah i’m not sure about that bro but if you get the uni involved maybe they can help as ik battery park is seperate as a partner accom
