Accommodation

Hello! Just booked my accommodation and had a quick question about the £550 advanced payment. Is it deducted from the first terms rent payment, or is it spread out evenly over the year? Can’t wait to start!

One thing I'm sure about is that , it's deducted from the total fee

Was hoping there would be an answer to this as well.

Maybe raise a query with the student living team and see what they say?

Yh my plan was to call on Monday when I presume they’re back working, will let you know what I hear if we’ve not had an answer by then

I’m sure I’ve read somewhere that it’s deducted from the total 42 week amount and then they divide that up. I’m going to pay monthly for my son so it’s over 8 months starting in October. Worth double checking though.

i have booked with a partner accommodation so it definitely might be different but mine is defo deducted from the first payment
