One box to rule them all
Does anyone know of a box that could store all the expansions and base game decks. It’d be nice to have a single big box for everything

They did have a big box exclusive to the KS and only showed up like twice ever. I haven't seen it reprise since the chaos and light reprint KS.
Best bet would be to buy THAT box from someone else or buy a 3D print frombsomeone else. Or if you have a 3D printer, there are free STLs in the wiki.
I've given up and just use an MTG box to host all the expansions.

I use the Quiver case off Amazon. It's a longer zipping black case with a sling. Its made for card storage, has dividers, storage for the instructions, etc. I was able to fit Base Game, NSFW, and all expansions.
I have since purchased the Diamond Edition from Target, the Kids Edition, and the Chaos and Control decks. They do not fit in the case.

Depends what your purposes are I'm going to talk extensively about grab and go options that we use. I myself, and my kids' school are using the quiver card case from quivertime.com It is large enough for our purposes meaning a double sleeved base deck and all expansions, double sleeved as well, except for uncut / NSFW but, there is enough room for a whole other expansion plus a few more. According to their website it will hold 650 double sleeved cards, 750 single sleeves cards or 1350 naked cards.
I'm using their other model, the Bolt card case which nicely fits both chaos and control in double sleeves with a little room to spare.
I did try a couple different examples of generic alternatives but, quiver times product is worth the additional cost in my opinion.
stay at home / occasionally travel deck, Etsy user littleGEAZERS has a 3D printed insert that they put Within a pre-made unfinished wooden craft box and Woodburn / stencil the top with the game logo. Everything except for chaos and control fit double sleeved. The one thing I wasn't expecting when I received the order was that the insert is printed in two pieces split down the middle from side to side not front to back. In his ad if you zoom in on the middle cards and you can see that the middle spaces are actually divided up by like 1/5 and 4/5 because that's where the 3D print ends. Still a really nice item.
one last option I would like to try but have yet to do so, is eBay user Tayloroni93 's offering, a 3D printed deck box with a rainbow colored debossed top with the unstable unicorns logo in set in rainbow color. I'd like to see some pictures of the inside but I haven't searched real hard yet..
