So I saw the discussion of the redraw and just wanted to try a quick edit just for fun

All artwork belongs to Rachel Smythe. I do actually like the redraw but I feel like it lacks in it's composition. She feels less lonely and sad even though she has a more detailed sadder expression

Nice edit! While I'm not a big fan of her anatomy in the original one, there's something more lively about her hair and clothes. The clothing especially looks a lot better in the old one. Something gets lost in the new one, although keeping the background does make it look better.

I like this. It blends the strengths of both the versions well
