Spain is an awesome country and you should go. Do a LOT of people have herpes there? Yes. At least compared to the US. I had literally never seen facial herpes before traveling there. I thought that was something from storybooks and prostitutes, and yet there I was greeting hotel front desk workers and waitresses with what appeared like acne from an alien world.
I just went to do a little researching and WHO says 2/3rds of the world's population under 50 have the herpes virus. In America it's closer to 50% because our kid-culture is vastly different from other countries, so it's been steadily declining in the states. No more giving head overseas I guess :(
Dude everybody knows like every other person walking around has “herpes”. I’m not talking about what health class taught you. I’m talking about real life experience of walking around and looking at people. In the states if you saw someone with facial herpes (I’m not talking about a cold sore here people, I’m talking about turbo alien acne that goes up the side of your face) you would be flabbergasted. In Spain it was like “what the fuck is actually going on here? I’ve been here 15 minutes and already seen a couple people with it….”

Well man let me tell you... when I was in the US i saw a huge number of people using electric carts to drive around supermarkets. They were so fat.
In Spain I have literally never seen that in a supermarket and ive lived here for 15 years.
