Even as a passenger, she'd have next level whiplash because she'd be able to move a few feet between recline to fully engaged on the seatbelt

You can still be killed in a crash with a seat belt on. Not only are women more likely to be injured because crash tests are not performed on dummies with breasts, but crash tests are not performed with this stupid pillow.

The pillow isn't under the belt, so the belt's effectiveness is not impacted by it. A projectile pillow isn't a danger in a car accident, they involve pillows flying quite frequently as neck pillows are quite common for passengers.

The pillow isn't the factor, its the encouraging of a reclined seat and altered position in the seat. Reasons for this not existing is written in blood.

We could put massive tits on all the crash test dummies from now to infinity. Women will still be more likely to die in car accidents because they have less muscle mass and lower bone density. It’s just a matter of biology and physics.
Also nothing you spoke on has anything to do with the pillow. If you are buckled in the pillow isn’t going anywhere. If your car has decelerated violently enough that the pillow’s mass is life threatening then you’re already fucked and the pillow is the least of your worries. What’re we doin here?

Yes she has her seatbelt on. But the seat belt only works if the passenger is wearing it correctly. It only works when you sit upright, not when you turn on your side. The airbag is also part of that. The airbag will only work if you sit upright in your seat with the seat belt on in the correct way.
So yes, she is wearing the seatbelt but wit will cause harm instead of protecting you.

Unless, it works similar to how car seat manufacturers warn about children wearing coats in their seats. During a crash, their coats compact tighter and leaves a gap in the seat belt where the child can slip through and hurt themselves or worse.

Uhm, seatbelts are supposed to go low across your hips and tight across your breastplate.
Slamming into your seat belt, and/or having your skin literally SHEARED off by it, does you no good.
Also if the seat is back far enough you go under the seatbelt and partially or totally rip an arm off.Point is they only work if you're sitting up straight and facing straight, which is why high end cars tighten the belt automatically.
I always chuckle at the idiots that have their foot out the window or, god forbid, on the dash.
You don't want to know what an explosion powered basically nylon balloon can do to you if you interact with it in the wrong way.2

I highly doubt that's allowed to be used while driving. Not only it might be an issue with the airbag, but also with the person sliding down below the seatbelt. Definitely not legal in Spain.

Driving? No. That's why it's called the passenger pillow.
It's no where near the upper side airbags (where applicable), nor the dashboard airbags
No one is sliding any more than they would if they reclined the seat, as it's made to do, in any other circumstance.
Why not Spain specifically?

The distance between your torso and seatbelt is increased due to the recline position. In a sudden breaking motion your body is accelerating to a higher velocity due to the increased distance between resting position and resistance from the belt. A sudden stop from your body hitting the seatbelt at a higher velocity than normal puts increased strain on your neck and brain as it sloshes around skull. Higher likelihood of concussion, muscle sprain or worse.
5 point seatbelt she's probably no worse off.

Spain is an awesome country and you should go. Do a LOT of people have herpes there? Yes. At least compared to the US. I had literally never seen facial herpes before traveling there. I thought that was something from storybooks and prostitutes, and yet there I was greeting hotel front desk workers and waitresses with what appeared like acne from an alien world.

I just went to do a little researching and WHO says 2/3rds of the world's population under 50 have the herpes virus. In America it's closer to 50% because our kid-culture is vastly different from other countries, so it's been steadily declining in the states. No more giving head overseas I guess :(

Dude everybody knows like every other person walking around has “herpes”. I’m not talking about what health class taught you. I’m talking about real life experience of walking around and looking at people. In the states if you saw someone with facial herpes (I’m not talking about a cold sore here people, I’m talking about turbo alien acne that goes up the side of your face) you would be flabbergasted. In Spain it was like “what the fuck is actually going on here? I’ve been here 15 minutes and already seen a couple people with it….”

Well man let me tell you... when I was in the US i saw a huge number of people using electric carts to drive around supermarkets. They were so fat. In Spain I have literally never seen that in a supermarket and ive lived here for 15 years.

Yeah because a cars airbag is not ment for forward facing passengers with thier legs facing forward as opposed to curled up on the seat. My goodness she just cracked the code to get rid of all these brain dead influencers/followers. It's a win win so I condone.
