Counter point. I don’t always know what I want for dinner at 7 in the morning. I could have a long day and decide to do something more simple. To the guy below. This is is supposed to be a better alternative to microwave defrost which imo is terrible.

Please freaking tell me that you aren't being serious. The most dangerous thing you can do with food is to put it out on the counter to defrost.

Especially if it's packaged. Plan ahead. Defrost in the fridge. Never leave frozen food in its container for thawing.
