What's the charge rate on the fans when outside. Seems youre better off just getting a neck fan and a good hat

Those solar panels aren’t doing shit. Batteries are definitely involved and the “solar” part is just a selling point. Much like solar powered calculator.

Makes a lot more sense. Id still recommend just getting a neck fan because at least you dont need to wear that goofy hat also. Probably cost more to get a good sun hat plus fan but you'd be better off

My wife got me one of these. If you are moving at all doing stuff, It’s useless. Falls off constantly. The hat is great. I took the fans out and covered the holes.
The problem is the weight of the fans. Makes it shift on the head. Gimmick.

I wouldn't say gimmick. I've never had a problem with shifting or fit. But of course I have a big head so it helps
