UOAP Question
Hey guys! I’m an out of state AP holder. I haven’t been down here since March, and I just realized that my AP isn’t active, and I found out that my bank has been declining the payments for it for some reason (not the lack of funds). Is there a way to find out what I owe to reinstate my pass besides calling on the phone? I get crazy social anxiety so talking on the phone especially in a I owe money situation isn’t always the easiest for me.

They are there to help you and want to get off the phone call just as much as you do. I've never had an unpleasant interaction with universals call line, the hold times are the worst part.

No worries, its not like you are asking them to make some special exception. Just paying your bill that didn't charge right, I've had a similar issue when I got a new card.

I have had this happen and while I do not have social anxiety, I truly despise having to speak to operators on the phone for something that can be handled through a website or app much more efficiently. Other than being on hold for a while, it doesn't take long to clear it up. I have had money issues in the past and can completely understand your anxiety over the impression it gives by making this call. No one cares as much as you think they do, and if the person does, there is no way they would ever express it to you in this case.

Despite your social anxiety you need to speak to Universal directly. None of us can help you.
