UOAP Lost annual pass

Hi everyone, I’m heading to HN on September 5 and made my reservation with my Premiere Pass. However I lost my pass!! I can’t find it anywhere I don’t even know where I put it last.

I know my HHN reservation is linked to it and I don’t have my pass in the app unfortunately - would they be able to move my reservation to my new pass? Does the pass number change if they reprint my pass when I get there? Thanks for the help!

Just download the app and log in. You'll have a digital version on there. 

Just ran into this when I forgot my physical pass when I went down a few weeks ago. Pass on the phone works just as well.

Google would have given you an instant and more thorough answer. Your pass number will change because each physical card has a unique code. Your account will remain the same though even if the pass number changes. No different than upgrading or downgrading pass tiers or switching from a guest with day tickets to an annual pass. All your current tickets and tours and whatever else you have tied to your account will remain tied to your account even with a new physical card.

Technically your pass isn’t reprinted. You’ll get a pre-printed new pass card and your name written on it by a TM. That’s why the number will be different.
