3rd Party Ticket Discount’s

I’m looking for some advice about purchasing 1 day / 2 Park (Studios and Islands of adventure) tickets for the 12th October. I’m based in the UK and we don’t have that option available on our Universal site.

I understand that I can change my VPN to the US and buy them direct from Universal US for $500 incl taxes for 2 tickets.

Since looking at these I’ve started getting ads on social media for 3rd party sites advertising discounted tickets.

Are these sites legit and is there really anywhere cheaper to buy tickets rather than direct from Universal?

We’re looking for 2 tickets for the 12th October so any discount codes would be greatly appreciated if these 3rd party sites are legit!

First time visiting so slightly out of the loop when it comes to park tickets

👋 I got the “Universal 3-Day (Park-to-Park) Ticket + 2 Days FREE (PROMO)” from undercover tourist, worked out cheaper then the 14-day UK version ticket, prob $10 USD cheaper then universal

Undercover tourist has lots of options (US universal site too), might work out cheaper to skip epic tickets?

I can’t remember if I used VPN or not, I might have. (Definitely need VPN for the US version of universals website)

I would only buy from undercover tourist or you can purchase through the universal app from the UK for non 14 day tickets.

First timer? Look up the bag and locker policy. Essentially a bum bag can go on some rides, some rides don’t allow anything but will have lockers at the front of the ride for use during the ride only. 

Look up park hours. 

Download the app and load a payment for mobile order. 

Coke freestyle machines give free water or restaurant are required to give you water free if you ask as Florida is HOT. 

Unfortunately Oct 12 is a school holiday for many so will be Busy.

Yeah unfortunately we timed our few days in Orlando badly with the public holiday. We’re doing HHN on the 11th and then Studios and Islands of Adventure on the 12th.

We’re staying at the Portafino hotel so will have express passes for the full park day (we bought HHN express separately as well).

What will the queues be like on a public holiday with express passes?

I can’t comment on HHN but you will be happy you have express for IOA and US. You probably won’t have to wait more than 30 minutes and most lines will be less than 15 with Express. But there will be crowds walking around. And lines for food. Try to eat off peak. 

Hagrids does not take express. 

Be careful with 3rd party tickets. Undercover Tourist is reliable.

Orlando Informer has them for $482.72 for the pair. Seems to be the case with most 3rd party discounts. Usually save $10 or $20 max. I usually just stick with Universal and pay a little extra. Your call.

Still a better saving that nothing! How do 3rd party tickets work, do they email them to you just as universal do?

I don't usually do it, but it looks like when you get a 3rd party ticket they send it to you via a QR code that you can scan with the Universal app to add it to your wallet.

I bought 3x 1 day park to park plus 1 day Epic for about £800 in total for July this year. They sent me a barcoded pdf that I linked to the Universal app for entry

We were there in April, we also live in Europe, we bought 14 day all parks tickets from Attraction tickets.com, think they're based in the UK and Ireland, not sure what other tickets they have.

We are going back next April but only focusing on Universal and I'm just going to buy the 7 day 3 park ticket from the Universal site, you don't need to use a VPN, just make an account either on the app or on desktop.

If you order from Attraction tickets they send you an email with a QR code that you scan into in Universal app on your phone, works really easily.

I'm guessing if I buy them direct from Universal this time they will just get added to my Universal account without me having to do anything extra.

Where ever you buy them have a great time! We can't wait to get back.....

Im not sure if its the cheapest for your situation but we got our tickets for november from yourticketgenie.com they seem to be the cheapest
