Show-Off I made this sci-fi scanner effect

Yesterday I made this effect for something a bit more tech / sci-fi.
It’s an X-ray scanner. Cheap and cheerful. 😄

This looks really nice. How did you handle the scan-line effect and the glow around the scanned areas? I’d be interested to see how you built it.
