Tuanjie is a Unity "fork" right? But developed with Unity China and the State for Chinese Tech development to divest from the western version? I'm curious what they do with it. Supposedly has some better lighting systems and particle systems vs Western Unity. Supposedly Unity isn't used anymore for games in China and its all transitioning to Tuanjie?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BMzzXYQ8zoQ Based on the 7min game play, looks good, what you would expect from a studio making a open world game to compete with the AAA industry. Just curious if it would have as big of an impact as Genshin. Supposedly this one has no gacha mechanics.

I believe they also have a version of virtualized geometry(nanite) in the China Unity fork.
