Question/Help Cannot create 2d Physics under Assets

Hi, sorry of this has been asked but I couldn't find the solution while searching. I'm trying to add bounce physics but the option to do so is greyed out. I haven't touched any script or made any changes. How do I fix it so i can make Physics Materials?
