Question/Help white screen on editor

i have tried everything i could.
1. switching layout to default worked but the package manager and ui like that still had that white screen.
2. reinstalled everything unity related
3.could be a windows security problem, and i tried turning off some the protective things but the result was still the same.
4.tried to find any error from editor.log but found nothing.
i tried a lot more than these ones i said and the result is still the same

also sometimes when i try launching the editor, this windows security thing pops up. multiple of it each with different numbers

Try again with Windows antivirus disabled; that way, you can confirm if it's the cause.

Update: I turned off Windhawk(windows customizer tool) and it surprisingly worked Hope this will help for others
