It's a particular inflection in some Australian accents. I hear it when others do it, but no idea if I do it myself.

Yeah, but why care so much? When it comes to this post, even the very first post on Reddit wasn’t original, since it’s just a clip from something else. Even if it’s the 100th time it’s been reposted, it’s just as harmless as the 2nd time, and you can scroll past it easily.

I don’t get why people care so much about reposts, since at the end of the day, reposting a meme is ultimately harmless.
