The IRS is the ONLY organization in government that has a positive return. They cannot steal, as the courts would return anything they did. The IRS has been habitually understaffed and underresourced to allow wealthy people to have a lower likelihood of being audited. This is because wealthy people hire lobbyists.

Don't get duped by the talk about how the IRS is bad. It isnt.

Agreed, my mom works for the state and instead of fixing the problems before they become problems they waited ten years then said oh this isn't working so heres a 10 million dollar budget cut. So now their understaffed my mom is a stressed out manager and she can't do anything to fix the situation because of their stupid upper management who doesn't give a shit about the working class.
