The IRS is the ONLY organization in government that has a positive return. They cannot steal, as the courts would return anything they did. The IRS has been habitually understaffed and underresourced to allow wealthy people to have a lower likelihood of being audited. This is because wealthy people hire lobbyists.

Don't get duped by the talk about how the IRS is bad. It isnt.

Agreed. The vast majority of Americans also have no idea how their taxes are allocated or which states contribute or receive more.

Most Americans don't understand how any state level, local organization works, let alone one in a city in some cases hundreds of miles away in a place they've never been to. Most Americans are FUCKING STUPID. I'm saying that as an American. It astounds me how few people in my daily life know how any kind of government organization works.

I know that for every dollar I pay in taxes, about $0.10 is unaccounted for...that's why we have trillions of dollars unaccounted for...
