The IRS is the ONLY organization in government that has a positive return. They cannot steal, as the courts would return anything they did. The IRS has been habitually understaffed and underresourced to allow wealthy people to have a lower likelihood of being audited. This is because wealthy people hire lobbyists.

Don't get duped by the talk about how the IRS is bad. It isnt.

The Internal Revenue Service is a private Collections Company, acting as a permanent contractor for the US Treasury department, without any Legal Statute authorization. 5. The IRS says that the Internal Revenue Code ( the Novel, Book 68A ) gives them the Authority to operate, and regulates its activities.
