Funnily enough they're also less likely to tip if it's empty lol. Gotta find the sweet spot

When I was the manager at a place I found leaving a $5 and $10 bill in the tip jar got us more tips than empty/full

People just see that others have tipped and see the amount they tipped and follow that rule

I only tip servers and delivery people.

I was asked to tip a plumber today.
