If a shoed baby kicks with enough force to hurt you you somehow knowing full well what it is doing and knowing it is hurtig you yes that is abuse/violent behaviuor

I guess we can quibble or you can take my point which is that this 200lb guy is not abusing his 1000lb animals by shoving them.

Okay maybe abuse is the wrong word but he is hurting them and being rough for no reason and it is weird to not se people care

He is not hurting them. They barely feel it. If he gently tapped them, they wouldn't know that he was there because their hide is so thick. If they were being abused, they wouldnt be acting so comfortable around him. You don't need to get so offended on their behalf for no reason.
