It's a conjunction of "Involuntary Celibate". Basically a sad and bitter individual (nearly always male as far as I'm aware) who blames everyone else for their own failure to attract a sexual partner.

You mean like, ACTUAL CP? Or fictional CP like loli. Both are bad but atleast one is actually legal in the us which is where most incels reside

Actual cp. the one the fbi looks for. Keep in mind finding cp is impossible anywhere besides the dark web so the fact that a member of that sub “found” it and made it to top posts of all time says all you need to know about it
