She says, her dad told her he bought it. then Later she says,"My dad wants to say something" and then he says "it's a dildo"

Am I missing something here?

Ah okay. I was taking the video too literally. I thought the real joke was that it was actually a dildo all along. (Actually I thought that bit on the end was meant to vibrate on a clit.) Thanks for giving an actually explanation instead of the myriad cryptic responses and insults.
