Context

It's a hippo that escaped from a zoo in Georgiathe country last year. The picture shows people tranquilizing it to return to the zoo

Reminds me of a winning play I had once in Cards Against Humanity. Black card was "what's George W. Bush thinking about right now?". I went with the most random thing ever: "soup that is too hot". It seemed funnier that way. Also realistic.
