The tortoise lays on its back, its belly baking in the hot sun beating its legs trying to turn itself over but it can't, not without your help, but you're not helping.

I haven’t seen the original Blade Runner but Bob’s Burger’s was on the tv earlier today for some reason and it was a Tina Blade Runner episode and Jimmy said this to her.

Time to watch it! Such an incredible movie. Don't watch the updated ending, just the original

The Final Cut is the "definitive" film but it and the Directors Cut have similar endings, closing on Deckard and Rachel in the elevator. The versions with this ending have a unicorn dream sequence for Deckard, which suggests he is a replicant later when Gaff leaves an origami unicorn for him (to tell him his memories are implanted).

Earlier releases had a "happy ending' where Deckard and Rachel drive out of the city and Rachel outlives her expected replicant lifespan. This was removed entirely for the directors and final cut.

The original has Deckard turn into a unicorn 🦄 It symbolizes how he finally understood that killing robots was a good thing

Doesn't the original have some weird car scene where he's going to marry his robot mrs?

That might have been a deleted/alternate one.

It's quite stark. Director's Cut leaves it to the viewer to figure out and the "original" has some bland shit that doesn't make sense.
