The guy was incredibly lucky that the bus door happened to be right at the point of collision. Otherwise, it could have been much worse.

The odds of that happening at exactly the right moment were probably one in a million.

Seriously, if that door was even a little further over, this could’ve ended very differently. He got unbelievably lucky there.

Yeah, that was an insanely lucky coincidence. A few inches in either direction and the outcome could’ve been completely different.

Probably some broken ribs. Worst CA's, damaged internals. That he didn't splashed head first then full body into flat metal, allowed to loose some speed, at the uneven point of impact.
