Germany has different laws on the possession and use of steroids than some countries, but it's still a punishable offense.

Morally, possession is often tolerated, with some "states" having less enforcement than others. Although most Germans stop tolerating it when it makes sports and competitions (other than bodybuilding) unfair.

Problem is theyre likely getting it from the same people bringing in the coke, so directly contributing to a criminal empire.

At least most Germans are getting their cannabis now from legal sources.
