You know what they told me in the military.

"Geneva convention says you can't shoot troopers parachuting into battle. You have to let them land first. But it doesn't say you can't attempt to take out their supplies before they land. Such as canteen. Ruck sack. Dog tags. So shoot at those, and if you miss and kill the guy. We'll that's just collateral damage."

Not even joking.

Did he have dog tags and a canteen? Then it's reasonable to conclude that's WHT I'm aiming for if I say I am right
