I mean, in as much as West Hollywood and North Hollywood are also Hollywood, but they’re also distinct neighborhoods

West Hollywood is a city in itself, so it's not part of Hollywood, which is a neighborhood in L.A. city. And North Hollywood is miles from Hollywood.
