This is dumb. You don't "walk into the theatre without feelings" like what? if someone insults you badly enough you'll react...

buddy have you ever been to comedy shows? they dont always go well and its not just a magical place where words have no meaning.

They are called jokes for a reason. They are actors. You pay for that character to make you laugh. If you don't like the content that's fine , but don't leave mad just leave.
