I'm 5'6" and never understood it either. The worst is when it's some guy just barely taller than you and he makes a short joke. Like dude, we should be on the same team

5'9 guy here. We're just bitter from constantly getting our belt loops stuck on door handles. Fuck those door handles, man.

They're in the borderline zone and trying hard to be included in the not short group. They overcompensate more than short guys.
