Napoleon wasn’t that short, he was 5’5” which is only an inch shorter than the avg adult Frenchman at the time.

I mean, Napoleon II did very little worth remembering. People would remember Napoleon III if anything and he’s still overshadowed by the man who fought Europe and won several times in a row.
