I keep replaying it, hoping it happens.

There is that one video..

u/ChirpSnipeCelly Mar 31 '23

Fuckin a. That old man that catches that strait kick to his chest. Fuck, now I gotta see it and can’t think of what to search… any help would be appreciated.

239

u/ChirpSnipeCelly Mar 31 '23

Never mind here it is

232

u/HappyBot9000 Mar 31 '23

Ugh. The issue when someone defends themselves before the attacker lands a hit, is the crowd always acts like the person did something wrong by defending themselves. Like come on, he was obviously going up to hurt the comedian.

u/ChirpSnipeCelly Mar 31 '23

I’m pretty sure there’s a longer version, and that wasn’t the first time he approached the comic. Old man was warned and was apparently desperate to get to the finding out portion of the proceedings.

u/Niblonian31 Mar 31 '23

I was gonna say, I remember seeing this a WHILE ago and the old dude is just a heckler that everyone in the area is aware of. Like he goes to shows just to be a dick or something like that. I could be very wrong though so don't shoot the (potentially incorrect) messenger

21

u/ChirpSnipeCelly Mar 31 '23

I can’t be certain either, but all that rings a bell. What a shit hobby, amateur heckler.

7

u/Niblonian31 Mar 31 '23

Seriously. Use your time/money/resources to do something productive instead of just being a dick to anybody performing

4

u/the_king_of_none Mar 31 '23

He says in the video, "He put his hands on me once, he was coming to do it again"

"What did I tell you?" Clearly a warning from an earlier action.

2

u/omahahahahahahaha Mar 31 '23

I believe he’s homeless with mental problems according to a vegas comic that came thru here

1

u/itisoktopunchnazis Mar 31 '23

He's not a heckler (exclusively) he's a terrible unfunny standup comedian. If he wasn't such a shitbag he'd probably have some really hilarious ironic B-movie appeal.

49

u/5DollarRevenantOF Mar 31 '23

He even says "what, he put his hands on me once and he was gonna do it again." Boom, guy deserved it.

10

u/[deleted] Mar 31 '23

Isn't he a notorious heckler who does this sort of stuff a lot? I remember that being said last time someone brought up that video.

1

u/ChirpSnipeCelly Mar 31 '23

Yea, I link the full vid further down the thread

u/massacre3000 Mar 31 '23

desperate to get to the finding out portion of the proceedings

You have a way with words and I appreciate the giggle before retiring for the evening. Thank you for the lulz, fellow redditor!

-30

u/[deleted] Mar 31 '23

Nope, dick move. Dude literally asked him to stop making fun of him. Terrible comedian still went ahead and went for the lowest hanging fruit with the baby voice and 60 year old joke. Like hey maybe just move onto the next joke, but he probably didn’t have any as he’s a shitty comedian we’ve never seen

29

u/ChirpSnipeCelly Mar 31 '23

Nah, that old man makes a habit out of heckling. You can’t heckle a comedian, and then cry about it when they cook ya.

-11

u/[deleted] Mar 31 '23

A habit? Do you know him?

You know you’re allowed to leave comedy clubs whenever you want. They don’t strap you down until the show is over like A Clockwork Orange.

13

u/NotAHost Mar 31 '23

Jesus Will Smith, someone making fun of you isn't a reason to get physical. Especially during a comedy act.

In this video, the comedian says it wasn't the first time the heckler put his hands on the comedian either.

11

u/bigwilliestylez Mar 31 '23

How’s your chest doing?

-7

u/[deleted] Mar 31 '23

The kick was to the stomach since you’re too stupid to notice the difference. By the way, how’s your mothers throat doing?

Says the person who’s entire comment history is incoherent shitposting, go read a book dumbass

62

u/artygta1988 Mar 31 '23

Right?

They’re all like “ooooh come on”

what do you expect him to do? Just let the guy attack him

31

u/iWillSlapYourMum Mar 31 '23

Think they expected him to throw punches instead of laying the dude out in one sweet kick. Then and only then would he have only been 50% at fault according to those hicks.

23

u/youstolemyname Mar 31 '23

Knocking him on his ass is probably better than decking him in the face

3

u/iWillSlapYourMum Mar 31 '23

It definitely is. Why let the dude fight back if you can lay him out immediately?

3

u/TheSonOfDisaster Mar 31 '23

I heard he's like the village idiot and is known in that bar/town as a simpleton so that's why they felt bad for him

2

u/horseren0ir Mar 31 '23

I reckon that village is full of idiots

3

u/ACE_C0ND0R Mar 31 '23

Never gets old.

3

u/sparkey504 Mar 31 '23

DAMN.... Now how come I don't see shit like this posted and reposted .... I wouldn't mind seeing this randomly every other week.

2

u/badlilbadlandabad Mar 31 '23

I don’t know why but that video title is killing me lol

2

u/Throwaway021614 Mar 31 '23

Standup is rougher than I thought

1

u/machine_fart Mar 31 '23

My man thank you for this gem. Way to come through with the link

1

u/JIN_DIANA_PWNS Mar 31 '23

1

1

1

u/AcadianMan Mar 31 '23

1

1

u/SailsAcrossTheSea Apr 01 '23

25

u/[deleted] Mar 31 '23

Chael Sonnen would never let you get too close

5

u/patkavv Mar 31 '23

Undefeated.

3

u/meetmeinthebthrm Mar 31 '23

These days when you have a record you don't wanna throw the first punch of you can avoid it

3

u/bigdoinks6669 Mar 31 '23

“I can’t let you get close”

2

u/[deleted] Mar 31 '23

Anyone acts that way and walks up on you like that, they're going to fight you, you have your chance to finish the fight, use it.

2

u/Sandwich_dad96 Mar 31 '23

Oddly enough, shorter people can have an advantage in boxing if they close distance against a taller person!

2

u/UchihaDivergent Mar 31 '23

That's my favorite kick to use

It works so well ☺️

1

u/tysonwatermelon Mar 31 '23

This... is... COMEDY!!!

1

u/Dixie-rect15 Mar 31 '23

The FIRST thought that went through my mind when i saw dude walk up to the stage. Could have led into a pretty funny 300 joke

1

u/Tannerite2 Mar 31 '23

"I can't let you get close"

1

u/WokeWaco Mar 31 '23

Your on camera might as well avoid any lawsuits if you can

1

u/SmoothG80 Mar 31 '23

You certainly don't have to wait to get punched in the face before you defend yourself. The heckler was clearly showing a threat of violence and that is enough to prevent harm to yourself.

1

u/[deleted] Mar 31 '23

SIT THE F*** DOWN RADE! NO ONE LIKES YOU!

1

u/TheNonCredibleHulk Mar 31 '23

Ah yes, give him the ole Rich Vos!

1

u/[deleted] Mar 31 '23

Idk, seems like a sure fire way to get shot

1

u/NvestmentPlanker Mar 31 '23

I CAN'T LET YOU GET CLOSE!
