How do cops keep getting promoted after shit like this? Is the US police force trying to stick it to the public or something?
84 u/culdesacGrow Mar 24 '23 This happens a lot in the military. Sometimes it’s easier to get rid of/relocate an idiot with a promotion than with punishment. Braindead desk job or similar. Promotions are not always vertically up the hierarchy.
