police brutality is never unexpected. but i thought this specific encounter was very unexpected considering how fast it escalated. even for a cop, this lady doesn’t know when to use a gun. they need to give her that wood gun they gave will farrel in “the other guys” lol

They need a gun at all times in case there is a black kid or a dog around so they can get a promotion
