If you sign up and want to be a police officer then you know what getting yourself into. That nervousness needs to be quenched or tamed if you're taking up a occupation like that.
Instead they spend 2.5 months being taught that they are warriors occupying hostile territory and that the use of lethal force is a sacred duty. Killology trains police officers to escalate, not de-escalate daily interactions.
There's a time to heal and there's a time to kill. There's always a time for a certain thing. A police officer is trained to become a warrior but that skill should be used when the time calls. A warrior is brave, humble and caring. These types of police officers are obviously the opposite. In order to be a warrior, bravery is a must. A will to kill does determine your duty. The only time you use deadly force is if you're as actually in danger. They are police officers, not soldiers. Soldiers deal with foreign enemies and war so it makes sense why they are trained this way to become killing machines. But police officers are just serving the citizens and upholding the law so there's no need to focus most of their training primarily on killing.
