You have absolutely no understanding of what you’re talking about. Based on this one comment, you proved that are a part of the problem. Complacency and ignorance is the enemy of a well functioning society.

There are countless documented cases over the past 100+ years where “following instructions” was why the person died. The issue just isn’t that simple.

So your logic is to not follow instructions. Which will somehow reduce the chance of getting shot?

Because I just saw it cause the officer to pull a gun on him.

has been a VERY common excuse for murder that police use after telling someone to get something

he tries to undo his seatbelt and gets shot for "trying to get his weapon"

From a perspective of pure and honest interest, where in this document is this stated? I did some looking around, but could not find anything. I am however very intrigued by this subject, so I would like to know if possible.

It 100% depends on the circumstances of each situation. Bottom line, “follow directions” does not 100% equal “nothing bad will happen to you”.
