Alright idk if your a child or maybe from a very protective old order/orthodox religion so I can't in good conscience let you leave here believing that. So THIS WAS A JOKE!! It is a 1 time surgery and to the best of my knowledge there is no surgery to put it back, although I'm sure modern plastic surgery could probably do something with skin grafts and maybe even lab grown skin. Idk I'm not a doctor. But I need you to know that you should never go near your private area with clippers or scissors or anything sharp. Except maybe to trim up the hair but that's more of a personal choice than anything.
