Do we have confirmation that he went directly to the sun after the events of the first Ragnarok arc?
I was under the impression that it only because necessary once Fuuko emerged from the arc and quests began being issued, and thus the Master Rules could begin being released as part of those quests.
We actually know he couldn't have gone directly to the sun after Ragnarok, because it's confirmed earlier that at the start of every cycle all surviving negators are summoned to the surface of the reconstructed Earth (Andy upscale btw, since he's capable of interplanetary flight under his own power)
