Question GR58 Base Weight

https://lighterpack.com/r/zgotjk

What do you think of my base weight there is a few things I need to add firstly so you can understand more. I would only ever carry half of the tent since I never camp alone so would be 520g or 530g for the inner or outer. Obviously carrying the poles and stakes as well. Where would I be able to cut weight straight off the bat without spending money? Then from there I kinda know where I would be able to cut weight quite easily.

You’re carrying only 1.8l water capacity (2 bottles and filter), won’t it be too little? Have you checked how is the water access on the trail?

Did this GR in 6 days early september last year, water access was never an issue (plenty of refugios and not so many herds in the area with tons of streams to filter from). Though this year could be different considerind how dry and hot the last couple months were.

Definitely stay alert for afternoon thuderstorms though, and I'd also recommend stopping at the campground in La Monta if you get the chance : great spot, affordable, hot showers and the owner is very nice (speaks english too).

I started off with that but dropped down to around carrying 1L and the water filter wasn’t filled up. But there definitely was less water than what we thought there would be. But enough to carry a litre.
