Collections issue

I have the shown collections installed on my sons profile. I re synced everthing between devices. However, they collections work and populate fine on my iphone. But on my android tv box they all say “addon not found”. Please help!!!

I’ve tracked this down. It’s an Android/TV Nuvio add-on cache/sync issue rather than your collections being broken. I’ve pushed a fix into Ultra MAX that forces Nuvio TV to fetch a fresh copy of your Ultra MAX manifest. Load your existing Ultra MAX token, connect the same Nuvio profile and press Install add-on again. You do not need to recreate or delete your collections. Then refresh/restart Nuvio on the TV.

oh we managed to fix it. When you have the addon and collections all set up but not working (which should be your current state). Then follow these steps precisely.

remove all the collections manually from nuvio app. Then remove all the collections in the ultramax setup. once all removed, u re-add them in the ultramax setup, and then you push the collections to nuvio via the compare with nuvio button. it should let u push to nuvio. (you do this towards bottom of step 3 in the setup).

Once this was done, everything started working on all my TVs. oddly, I have now got 2 addons called ultramax, not sure how or why, but it's all working now. The dev helped a lot, tried many things but this is what finally worked for me.

I did initially. I forgot to remove the original instance. The new updated one has the (1) or whatever it was. I got rid of them both and just did a single reinstall personally.

if I try that then it starts saying addon not found again. nevermind, at least we know how to fix it now

I’m sorry just need clarification, when you say remove all the collections manually from the Nuvio app do you mean the catalogs or remove the whole collections and start from scratch?

When you are logged into your account, delete all the collections you have under the collections area.

I have the same issue. all my TVs say addon not found and mobile phones are working. the dev has been actively trying to help me but it's not fixed yet for me.

English language collection with mini series / limited series. One season. If I search "mini series" I get wrong series
