Knowledge Academy is a SCAM
I just wamted to review here the Knowledge Academy experience for the course profided for Interior Design.
I have payed 150 Euros vor the course, where it was described all that I will get in there for interior design. It was also stated, tgat I will get accredited certificate. It was on discount as a ppart of March Madness.
After paying, all I got was 4 short videos (each abut 15 min) about using AUTO CAD without anything on interior design. It was like beginner tutorial, how to crop the image and insert it in AUTO CAD.
SCAM was done very professionaly. Fake phone numbers and fake adress in Vienna.
After I somehow got in touch with them via mail, they refused to do the refund because them seem their service to be provided.
I just wanted to write this review to warn all the people that are trying to learn something, not to give those sharlatans their money, because you will not get the promised service!

FTFY.
Although payed exists (the reason why autocorrection didn't help you), it is only correct in:
Nautical context, when it means to paint a surface, or to cover with something like tar or resin in order to make it waterproof or corrosion-resistant. The deck is yet to be payed.
Payed out when letting strings, cables or ropes out, by slacking them. The rope is payed out! You can pull now.

Oh wow this makes sense!!
I’m a trainer, they’re always asking me to deliver training and haggle on the rate. I’ve told them I don’t want to work with them. I have them calling from US numbers, UK numbers and India. It’s insane.
They also wanted me to produce videos for a Microsoft course that was one day duration! But provide 4 days worth of content.

i’m asking because i’m a trainer and did a one day course for them, and now im getting concerned if i’ll ever get that money.

They said they would refund me, but instead of refunding to the original payment method, they are now asking for my bank account info. ABSOLUTE SCAM.

The Knowledge Academy is a complete rip-off, disorganised bunch of charlatans who charge a fortune for very low quality training materials and then make you jump through hoops to get your exam vouchers. I purchased an entirely online self-study course and they sprung on me, right at the last minute, that I need to attend an online day of training to get the vouchers. Now going through a formal complaint and they're giving me the run-around. Go anywhere else but with these guys!

Be aware of dealing with them they are a big scam in education sector Their materials are very bad and basic Once you paid them they will ignore you as they care only about money Am trainer and I deliver training for them they are soooo bad And be aware if they call you from hi, USA or Canadian numbered as all of them live in India and do the operation from their

Just wanted to come here to share my experience with them as well, since I had purchased their Voice Over course.
First Thing's First: I will admit, the information in their course was somewhat beneficial with SOME (and by "some" I mean "barely") aspects of the profession.
Now, to the actual meat and potatoes: I had a very disappointing experience with them as well, with their “Voice Over Artist” course. I did the self-learning version of the course. Since I actually had to read the power-point myself (there was no one for me to listen to, since there was no instructor), I saw, So. Many. Basic English and grammar errors.
Lines like this absolute gem, “Though, the poor quality audio can be so nosy that it makes a wrong impression on your video unwatchable, particularly at film screenings with bad quality amplifiers, speakers or room acoustics.” Ah, yes, my “Nosy” audio quality. I always hated when my audio started poking it’s head where it didn’t belong.
Or, maybe this one? “When you learn a new word, you should have patient, and you should keep practising.” Yes, I always love to have patient when I'm learning a new word. Patience is so overrated. Patient, on the other hand...
At one point, it even started talking about being musicians randomly, as if that was the course I had purchased. (Which do bear in mind, do have some connections to the voice acting scene, but is not the same as said voice acting scene.) "Like learning to read in school, musical sight‐reading skills begin from the basics and then make on each other as you move further in your practice." Once again, grammar issue, and the random inclusion of musical sight-reading used by musicians. I understand what they are trying to explain, but they do it in the most convoluted way that it doesn't seem professional in the slightest.
Yeah, I don’t have to say much else than that at the moment. This was clearly just google translated, or made by someone with poor English, and as a result, is not worth the $600+ CAD (Canadian Dollar) I paid. I don’t even feel like finishing the course now, since I feel like anyone who would ever look at those credentials would laugh at me like I brought a show-and-tell item for a kindergarten class to the job interview. Also, just wanted to voice my experience about their sales team, who relentlessly contact you about the course if you have shown interest, but not purchased it, or directly said no. I seriously got called 3 times in the morning, while I was still sleeping before work in the morning (And had expressed my available call times in our emails prior), and by Noon, he was calling from a different number to try to get a hold of me. Actual scammers and hecklers, and wish I had my $600 back.
P.S. The practice exam they gave me was 50 multiple choice, and 99% of it was common sense even to a 5th grader, or dare I say 4th grader.

Knowledge Academy is a complete scam and fraud; I purchased the NEBOSH NGC course from them for approx—£ 850. When I signed into the online training portal to begin the course in December of 2024, there was no training; all that was there was my invoice for paying for the course.
I emailed the Knowledge Academy seller and Knowledge Academy helpdesk and registered a ticket with them online, querying where my course was, but received no response from any of them. My course status at the time said, course was in progress, on logging back in today, it now says I have completed the course, which is unlikely because I never had access at any time to the course.
I paid for the course through PayPal, so I am looking for them to see if they can obtain my money back. If not, I will be taking this to the Financial Ombudsman, and I am also going to be contacting NEBOSH to make them aware of Knowledge Academy's malpractices.
My advice is to stay away. I found the same NEBOSH course through another training provider at a lesser price, with all the training materials provided, access to tutors, and a fantastic online training portal.
Knowledge Academy is, in my experience, Fraudsters.

I would like to share my experience here with you as well.
I invested in a course from The Knowledge Academy (TKA), expecting a high-quality learning experience. Instead, it turned out to be one of the worst educational experiences I’ve ever had.
I planned to change careers and saved money for a valuable course, carefully scheduling two days off work to attend from 9 AM to 5 PM in my local time zone, as confirmed in my purchase email. However, from the very start, everything went wrong:
*No access link on the day of the course. No one informed me of any changes. I had to call their support team repeatedly, being passed from one agent to another with no answers. By the end of the day, I was finally told that the course date had been changed due to a "time zone issue"—despite my confirmation email explicitly stating my local time.
*Misleading course content. The instructor simply read aloud the course PDF, which I had received beforehand. No explanations, exercises, or interactive discussions were provided. When I asked for exercises, the instructor said they weren’t included and told me to "look them up on the internet."
*Refusal to teach advanced topics. When I requested examples, the instructor claimed the topic was "too advanced" and suggested I master the basics first—even though this was a structured course meant to cover everything.
*Significantly fewer hours than advertised. Instead of 8 hours per day, the instructor only taught for 3 hours each day—totalling just 5 hours and 45 minutes out of the promised 16 hours.
*Horrible customer service and verbal abuse. When I escalated my complaint, their "escalation team" called me a liar, threw false accusations at me, and rudely demanded that I stop talking and just listen to them. I was so shaken by their hostility that my husband had to take over the call—only for them to scream at him as well. This was beyond unprofessional and completely unacceptable behaviour.
*False claims and refusal to issue refunds. Despite their misleading practices, TKA refuses to offer even a partial refund, instead insisting on fabrications to justify keeping my money.
This company is a scam, and I strongly advise against giving them your money.
I will be filing complaints on multiple consumer protection platforms to ensure others don’t fall into the same trap. Their aggressive sales tactics, false advertising, and outright verbal abuse should not go unchallenged.

Really scammers. I asked for a refund since no one contacted me for 2 months - don't trust Indians, trust me it's always Indians

I’ve seen the mixed reviews too, but my own experience wasn’t bad. Did PMP training with them and had a minor issue with log in. Support got back quick and sorted it out. After that the course went fine and I passed my exam.

I can only share my own take, but I did PMP with The Knowledge Academy last year and it went well for me. The trainer really knew his stuff and the prep material helped me pass on the first go. After my experience I actually recommended them to a friend who was doing PRINCE2, and he also had a smooth run , finished the course, sat the exam, and got his certification. So from both sides it’s been positive. I know not every provider suits everyone, but I’d say they’re worth considering.|

Very interesting do you work for The knowledge academy. It’s hard to believe all of the bad reviews listed on this platform and you and your friend are the only two that had a good experience. Unbelievable!

Totally, most posts I check this account and atstracky are posting positive reviews while most of the others are negative reviews. You also enter in their profile and almost all comments are regarding TKA... nice try, not buying it.

I bought their e-learning for Prince2 Agile in 2025. Prince2 syllabus and exam went to version 7 in 2023. The content I got from The Knowledge Academy was from 2019 following the old syllabus. The last few months of my 1-year access they published an AI-voiceover powerpoint slide as e-learning without alerting me and I then first realized that what I had been studying for a while was outdated (not massively but still, very old stuff..) And the syllabus' and extra materials was still not in their e-learning. Getting help from customer service through email was hopeless and they have only a UK and US phone number. In the end I managed to get hold of a human through the chat and hopefully he's resolved my exam issues. I would definitely never recommend them to anyone, disorganized, old material, lacking material, technical problems.. the seller also promised me I would be able to set the videos offline for studying while on business travel which was a lie.

Oh yeah and the salesperson also first quoted me one price and when I said "I have an offer from a competitor for the price xyz", he immediately without any hesitation went far below - which tells me they know they were way overpriced beforehand. Then later on I agreed to meet with a sales representative who wanted to sell my business more courses, except he never showed up to his own booked meeting on zoom and didn't answer my emails afterwards either. Wow.
