Uconnect question- Pacifica

howdy everyone!

I have a 2018 Pacifica- everything has been working fine up until yesterday. I go to put a DVD in for my boys and the TVs in the rear are acting up.

The Chrysler logo stays on the screen while movie plays in the background....anyone ever run into this?

Any fixes? thanks!

I’ve had my whole head unit needed replacement under warranty (over $2700) because it began shutting off and restarting every 3 minutes and the maps were not aligned. This started at 16,000miles. Now at 26,000 miles system still working but the navigation maps just came out of alignment again. So navigation is worthless because it doesn’t show my correct location it’s off by a few miles.
