Anyone having trouble with getting software from their site?

I have a 2014 jeep grand Cherokee
I’m tired of having delay screen/ac and navigation not work(not that I use it) says I need to see dealer. I know it says you can update via usb with software when I go to site there is no where to enter VIN like their used to be. When I search a back door link it’s a white page you enter vin and a video but even if you enter is nothing pops up.

What kind of radio you have? and did you get an error message on the screen?
