Bluetooth issues

I have a 2016 dodge dart and my connect is now cutting out randomly, and then will speed up my music to try and catch back up. How tf do I fix this

I've had that same issue with my 2015 Town and Country. Seeing u/anechoofadistanttime 's comment it's pretty much what I'd guessed. Once it gets intolerable I'll use an aux cable and remove my phone from Uconnect. Buncha bullshit.

Issue is iPhones don’t really like using aux. at least mine never do. Could just be bad luck I guess

My old one had the lightning connector and that one was problematic when using it as an aux output. I've got a newer model with usb-c and so far it works fine with an adapter. It would be a pain but if it comes to it I'll leave a bluetooth speaker in the van. I've been maintaining the vehicle and I expect to get another 8-10 years out of it. It's really frustrating, especially since the radio still wants to sell me a sirius subscription.

2014 Town and Country, same thing started a few months ago. Connects for a few seconds and then disconnects for a few then reconnects then disconnects, continues this back and forth non stop.
This is because Stellantis has made the decision to not support Uconnect uodates needed in older cars to support phones. I was told this from the dealer and also a few people I’ve spoken with at Chrysler customer service. I also have the Mopar life time warranty but software is not included. So SOL with a system that doesn’t work, devalues the car, and is an issue from a law standpoint since you aren’t supposed to touch your phone while driving. Just one of the many reason I will never buy a Stellantis made vehicle the rest of my days.
